• Pictures of the styles, sizes and length offered will be shown on services page (more info) with specifications. Be specific about the size, length and style before booking, because chances are you will not be able to change on the day of service.

• A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required before securing the date requested for services, which will be added to your balance of total payment which is due on the day of your appointment.

• For clients with extra volume/thick hair, extra long and extra short hair, please provide pictures before booking appointment. In order to provide the best service, please refrain from booking a potential conflicting appointment as time varies and is approximate, you may be finished a little before or after the duration of appointment time depending on the styles and volume of hair. So please do not book another appointment hoping that your hair will be done before the time agreed.

• No-call or No-show will forfeit your opportunity for future appointment. If you need to cancel please give me at least 24hrnotice Due to limited space, no extra guests will be accommodated.

• Only recommended brands of hair will be accepted. Brands are shown for each service.

• Hair MUST be freshly washed, detangled and blow dry. You can always OIL your scalp moderately. Appointment will be cancelled if hair is NOT clean.

• recommended leave in conditioner can be used prior to getting your hair done Absolutely no Shea butter should be on your hair prior to your appointment.

• Please arrive at the specified time for your appointment. However you have a 10 minutes grace period after which your appointment will be cancelled.

• upon arrival, please ring the door bell or knock the door. PLEASE DO NOT SIT IN YOUR CAR AND TEXT THAT YOU ARE OUTSIDE, chances are I will not see the text messages.

• Please note that I may record or take pictures while braiding your hair, this content will be posted om my social media platform, if you do not wish to be recorded or have your picture taken, please let me know.
